01What is Wijayatek building?
An AI growth platform for businesses that already sell offline. It has three parts, an AI Sales Agent on WhatsApp, an Owner Dashboard, and a Content & Ads Engine.
02Who is it for?
Businesses with products people already buy, mostly through walk-ins and personal networks. We start with textile, garment and accessories businesses in Indonesia.
03Is Wijayatek an agency?
No. We build and own the platform, and businesses use it directly. Our team helps each business set it up, which we call onboarding, but that is part of the product and not a separate service.
04How does Wijayatek use AI?
AI does the work that does not scale for a business owner, such as answering buyers on WhatsApp, following up and, later, creating content and ads. People decide the strategy; the platform does the repetitive work.
05Who are your pilot partners?
The platform is tested first on our own store, gantungan. After that come textile, garment and accessories businesses that already sell offline. Partners are named only with their written permission.
06What stage is the company at?
Early. PT Wira Jaya Teknologi is being registered, the AI Sales Agent is in development, and the platform is tested first on our own store.
